Is OrderVoice an answering service?
It answers forwarded calls and takes pickup orders. It reads the full order back and asks for a clear yes before sending it to your kitchen tablet.
What happens after hours?
We set up your phone and pickup hours with you. The ordering hours and pickup times need to match when your kitchen can prepare food; we review that during setup.
Do callers know it isn’t a person?
The goal isn’t to fool anyone. It’s an AI phone operator. The line can transfer callers to your staff. If nobody picks up, the caller is told and can try again.
What does it cost compared to a service?
Traditional services usually bill by the minute or the call. OrderVoice is $49 a month, plus $1 per order. Once billing starts, if you get no orders in a month, you pay just $49.
You pay nothing until the service has taken 50 correct orders for you, as your signed agreement defines them. Founding prices are locked for 2 years from the first bill. An order is a completed order sent to your kitchen. Questions, hang-ups and wrong numbers are free. Plus applicable sales tax.
