AI phone operator · Built for Thai restaurants
Your Thai restaurant’s phone,
answered.
Almost every dish on your menu is a choice of chicken, beef, or tofu, with a spice number on top. OrderVoice takes pickup orders with those choices, reads the full order back, and asks before sending it to your kitchen tablet.

SAMPLE CONVERSATION · EVERY PROTEIN, EVERY SPICE NUMBER
01The problem
Dinner peak is short. These calls aren’t.
Every call has the spice talk
Mild here is hot somewhere else, so callers go back and forth on the stars, and heat that comes out wrong ruins the dish. OrderVoice reads each dish and its spice level back so the caller can check before sending.
One entree, four proteins, one short rush
Chicken, beef, tofu: nearly every dish is a choice, so phone orders stretch long right when your dining room fills up. OrderVoice takes pickup orders by phone while your staff work the room.
Peanuts and fish sauce are serious questions
Pad thai has peanuts. Curries often have fish sauce. When a caller asks what is safe for an allergy, the answer needs your kitchen’s judgment.
02How it works
Set up in person, with your menu and your kitchen.
- № 01
We learn your menu
Items, prices, hours, how you like things said. We set it up with you in person, including the kitchen tablet, and handle menu updates for you.
- № 02
You forward the phone
Keep your number. We help you choose which calls to forward and check the setup with you.
- № 03
It answers
Pickup orders are read back in full. The caller must agree to send before an order reaches your kitchen tablet, which chimes until staff acknowledge it.
It works with your staff, not instead of them.
OrderVoice takes pickup orders by phone, so your staff can focus on the room and the kitchen. Allergies, catering, and complaints still need your staff’s judgment. The line can transfer callers to your staff. You have a direct line to the person who set you up.
03Questions
Fair questions, straight answers.
More questions? The full list is here, or ask at the demo.
Can it get spice levels right?
Stars, numbers, or mild to Thai hot: we set up your menu’s scale. It takes the level for each dish and reads the full order back before asking to send it.
Most of our dishes come with a protein choice. Can it keep up?
It takes the protein and spice level for each dish, then reads the whole order back. The caller can correct a choice before agreeing to send it to the kitchen.
What if a caller asks about peanuts or fish sauce?
It answers from the menu details we set up with you. Allergy questions need your staff’s judgment. The line can transfer callers to your staff.
How much does it cost?
$49 a month, plus $1 per order. Once billing starts, if you get no orders in a month, you pay just $49.
You pay nothing until the service has taken 50 correct orders for you, as your signed agreement defines them. Founding prices are locked for 2 years from the first bill. An order is a completed order sent to your kitchen. Questions, hang-ups and wrong numbers are free. Plus applicable sales tax.
