01The problem

Takeout lives on the phone.

  • The phone is your front door

For takeout, most orders start with a ring. When the line is busy or nobody can reach it, the order goes somewhere else, and regulars stop calling.

  • Long orders, easy mistakes

Five dishes, two rice choices, one change halfway through. OrderVoice takes the order item by item and reads the full list back so the caller can check it before sending.

  • Questions your kitchen can’t stop to answer

What comes with the family meal? Which dishes have peanuts? OrderVoice answers from your menu. Allergy questions need your kitchen’s judgment.

02How it works

Set up in person, with your menu and your kitchen.

  1. № 01

    We learn your menu

Items, prices, hours, how you like things said. We set it up with you in person, including the kitchen tablet, and handle menu updates for you.

  2. № 02

    You forward the phone

Keep your number. We help you choose which calls to forward and check the setup with you.

  3. № 03

    It answers

Pickup orders are read back in full. The caller must agree to send before an order reaches your kitchen tablet, which chimes until staff acknowledge it.

It works with your staff, not instead of them.

OrderVoice takes pickup orders by phone, so your staff can focus on the room and the kitchen. Allergies, catering, and complaints still need your staff’s judgment. The line can transfer callers to your staff. You have a direct line to the person who set you up.
