By using Order Voice Ai’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Service
Order Voice Ai provides AI-powered phone answering services for restaurants, including:
- Automated call answering
- Order taking and processing
- Reservation booking
- Menu information and customer inquiries
Eligibility
Our services are intended for business use by restaurants and food service establishments. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Service Setup
- Setup typically takes 48-72 hours
- You provide menu information, business hours, and preferences
- We customize the AI assistant to your restaurant’s needs
- Testing and training period included
Pricing and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
- Prices are available at Order Voice Ai or upon request
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
- No long-term contracts required - cancel anytime
Service Level and Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service
- We are not liable for downtime due to circumstances beyond our control
Use of Service
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures
- Not resell or redistribute our services
- Provide accurate menu and business information
- Keep your account information current
AI Service Limitations
While our AI is highly capable, you acknowledge:
- AI may occasionally misunderstand complex requests
- Human oversight may be necessary for unusual situations
- Service quality depends on clear audio and caller cooperation
- We continuously improve but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
Data and Privacy
- You retain ownership of your business data
- We process call data to provide services

- You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws
Intellectual Property
- Order Voice Ai retains all rights to our software and AI models
- You retain rights to your business information and brand
- You grant us license to use your information to provide services
- Neither party may use the other’s trademarks without permission
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for lost revenue due to service issues
- Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Order Voice Ai against claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
Termination
- You may cancel at any time with notice
- We may terminate for breach of terms
- We may terminate with 30 days notice for any reason
- Upon termination, you will be billed for services used
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
- Governed by the laws of New York State
- Venue for any legal proceedings: New York, NY
- You waive the right to class action lawsuits
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Order Voice Ai.

Severability
